How much longer can you tolerate Drill music ?

As I randomly scrolled thru Instagram I stumbled upon this clip. I can no longer support 90% of the music thatís put out in whatever this new genre of music is called.

Slap the post away but as a 30 year old there is no way I can stand behind a culture that actively pushes sh*t like this.

Am I a hater or is rap musics current state absolutely horrible ??
Press play and tell me am I wrong....

Nobody outside of their teens/early 20s has any business listening to that trash.

That is all.

I still play drill music from 2012 to 2014...

Old Chief Keef and Reese mixtapes.

Oddly enough, Keef is in LA fu*king MILF Thots and blowing the best weed in Cali right now not looking over his back every sec worrying about 12 pulling up on him or random opps.

Drill music died when Chief keef moved to Cali and stopped screamin BD, 600, GBE etc

If U noticed once he left and started making normal music, the drill scene started falling off, cuz the opps had nothing to respond to in social media. He was the one keeping that scene alive. I remember when he dropped this

His opps was back on Twitter and droppin music lol this is what they wanted. A lifeline. This woke chicago back up. Then once he left that drill sh*t alone again....... drill faded again.

Being from Chicago, I’ll always hear it somehow.. I don’t have as much of it in my rotation as I used to. But it’s a good amount in there. I mess with the London and NY movements too. I figure if I can listen to trap music, some drill ain’t gonna hurt.

Hip Hop is very varied, if you don't want to listen to Drill, don't, there's 20 other subgenres of Hip Hop that might be to your liking.

Drill and most trap (except early Memphis trap) need fade out. That sound of the drums/hi hat beyond redundant and irritating along with the obnoxious flow to both beats.

All this is washed talk

You listened to n*ggas talking about k*lling and drug dealing your whole life now because you’re 28- 30 you think you’re too good to listen to the product of that ? If your favorite rapper from back in the day dropped a track talking about the same sh*t you’d like it
