After I workout, I just eat the tomato like it’s an apple.
It has A compound called tomatidine. It stops what causes muscle deterioration and engages ones that help build muscle.
I usually start out my breakfast every morning with a tablespoon of almonds and walnuts on my oatmeal.
No wonder I be horny AF every day



One thing men need to focus on when trying to boost T is cleaning the liver. Cut back on sweets. And you definitely need to try to eliminate all high fructose corn syrup. That sh*t metabolizes different than table sugar. Cut out or cut back on fruit juices too!!! Fruit juices can cause fatty liver. Its basically liquid sugar. All the fiber, nutrients, enzymes, etc have been stripped from the original fruit. Reduce fatty deposits and inflammation in the liver and your T can soar!!! Eat broccoli, cooked leafy greens like collards, lemons, foods with beta carotene. Vitamin C also helps release fat out your liver.



Don’t forget beets.. they are nasty but eat some right after a work out or before a long work day. Throw it in a blender with your post workout. Effective for male hormone balance and lowers risk of prostate cancer. Also diabetes.





Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy, something everybody should have in their home. Red light and infrared light mimick the healing effects of the sun. It keeps you looking and feeling young, heals wounds, balances hormones etc... they are expensive but worth every penny. Its one of the things celebrities use to look so young.

One of the many benefits is that it naturally raises your testosterone... I went from 290 to 789 in 2 months just using the red light every day.

U have to cut out the beer too!! Those raises estrogen. Which brings in the fat.

That’s why I make sure to eat a bowl of broccoli every day to lower estrogen levels.
