Dope post OP....I guess this is the thread to share this in...I was 257 lbs back on Christmas Eve 2020...(I’m 6ft even)..already had a work from home position prior to the pandemic, so the sedentary lifestyle was slowly k*lling me, I was up wrapping gifts with the wife, lightly jogged up the steps to the bathroom, found myself out of breath, like WTF !!!....All i did was trot up some steps...lol...stepped on the scale..saw 257 lbs...smh.. gave myself one last cheat day, being from NY my family always gets Chinese food for Christmas dinner, so i wasn’t missing out on that lmao....Most High woke me up on 12/26/20 and I went into absolute SAVAGE mode exercising and eating clean 70%, junk/cheat days 30%, I’ve also become Somewhat Vegan (all i eat is shrimp)....and I LOVE juicing, I’m like a mad scientist with juicing now lol..and in case your wondering






Down 45 pounds since the end of December...yessir !!!!!!!! *Pharrell voice*...my goal is to get to 180-185, so i have more work to put in, but i should be right by my birthday (7/28)

It’s a battle, I’m not gonna bullish!t you, but you have to stick with it BX...health is wealth !!!!!!!!!!!!

And yes my BX brethren, those are “Macho Man” Randy Savage socks I’m wearing lol

Was 198 a few months ago. Increase in exercise at work got me to my regular weight of 180 +/-, but was getting heavier again, up to 186. Started a low carb, low sodium/sugar/saturated fat diet, and counting calories. Down 9 pounds in 2 weeks. 178. I’m only 5-9. I’d like to get it down to 160. Been working out 1.5 months ago for the first time in some years as well, made substantial gains muscle wise already.

I make vegetable juice, with some blueberries and raspberries mixed in, as well as ginger each morning.

Chinese food for Christmas dinner? Like do you mean PF Changís or your local hood Chinese spot?

No one should be eating Chinese food itís bad for you buy it seems like your family was eating it like it was the best thing popping to have it on Christmas

Christmas Day supposed to be home cooked meals

And no BX donít judge us NYers like that... we donít not eat Chinese food for the holidays lol

I’ve found 2 scoops of Costco’s Kirkland psyllium fiber twice a day does wonders for eliminating snacking and staying full after small healthy meals. My colon has never been cleaner, either

Same. Just eat more fruit and veggies. I had a juicer and it was cool for a while but it's messy and you go through tons of produce. Plus if you don't compost it feels wasteful. Blending isn't as bad IMO but I didn't have a $500 blender to blend everything super fine at that time.

I just eat lots of vegetables. I eat soups and stews year round because it's an easy way to make sure your meals are 80/20 vegetables versus meat, and make a veggie side for the week every Sunday. Doing a bunch of dry-fried green beans later today, starting to figure out some of these Asian recipes

In terms of smoothies this is the best one to get if one plans to make smoothies on a regular basis.




There are two ways to make smoothies. Some use them as workout supplements to gain weight but the most popular and useful is a supplement to lose weight and control blood sugar

To do that you need

-1-2 bananas (Bananas have a high sugar content be aware)
-Fistful of Kale, Fistful of Spinach and/or asparagus
-A whole cucumber, sliced
-hemp protein and/or peanut butter powder ~3 tablespoons of each
-32-40 ounces of water + ice
-any vitamins or supplements you normally take (A good mix is B6, B12, biotin, 5-htp, l-tyrosine, calcium, zinc, magnesium l-theronate) The leafy greens will make it easier to be digested by your body.


When consuming a meal replacement you want to drink 2 large smoothies instead of going out to eat for lunch or ordering Grubhub or Uber Eats. It's important to note you will still need to eat that day either before or after.

32 ounces looks like this and the peanut butter powder + banana + cucumber actually makes the taste not bad.

aomg. i am so happy for you. i know the struggle bruh.

fasting will help you achieve those goals quicker. i am 6'1 and was 230 and 240 too. and now i am 6'1 133.

that is food fast.

i understand where you coming from. but what if some people don't know how to thrown down in the kitchen.

like i am a skinny anerioxa n*gga with a eating disorder. who think i am fat at 6'1 138. so i got down to 133. and still wants to get down to 125.

but n*gga during holidays i most likely have a cheat meal too. and since i cannot cook. i usually buy resturant food from chinese food and other places as my holiday meal.
