In May I will:

1) I will train 16 times.
2) I will average 3800 calories w/ 330 grams of protein per day each week.
3) I will walk 100 miles.
4) I will gain 5 pounds.

well final week of april. i am not going sit up here and lie about my diet. i fast good. but my diet is terrible.

eating.

sunday fasted.


monday fasted.

tuesday slip up and binge.

i ate

wendy\s breakfast baconateor. it's is one of the best breakfast sandwiches of all time. i had it in the freeze for 2 weeks. and it still tasted good.

600 calories





then i had

califlowers crackers





then fruity pebbles cerabl bar. ceral bars are one of the best breakfast treats or desserrt ever. so fu*king good.









then i had

laffy taffy jelly beans. about 15.

wendesday i fasted.

so tuesday from 6pm to friday at 12am i fasted. and working out at the gym 2 days straight. 30 minutes of weight lifting and 20 minutes cardio.


thursday 11pm i had some japanese snacks.

cheetos american turkey flavored.







then had sun chips from china. imported. sun chips southern garlic bread flavor. best sun chips ever.




then had some lobster flavored cheetos. so good.

What’s up my bx people!!!

I told myself back in November I would learn the handstand because I never could do it even as a kid!!!

Fast forward to the first week of March I could start kicking up to a handstand and hold my balance

Now I can handstand walk, handstand alternate shoulder tap, handstand push-up, pirouette, press to handstand from L sit and handstand on my knuckles all freestanding

Just yesterday I started being able to hop in the handstand, hit my first muscle up and I’m close to holding a tuck handstand


In May I will continue to do handstands everyday

My goal is to be able to be able to do a handstand clapping push-up and handstand to tuck planche by the end of summer and a one handed handstand by next year

I can also land from a handstand to a bridge so another goal is to be able to hit a back handspring eventually

And I want to keep progressing my pull ups to be able to do clapping pull ups and strict muscle ups and eventually get on those gymnastic rings

Think I'm going to deload the weights on squats. My form is terrible once I get to 80kg plus on squats. Definitely upsets the ego.

Back down to 60kg but with perfect form..

Anyway with May. Continue with compound lifts improving on all numbers (except squats lol).

Hoping to deadlift 110 kg for reps by the end of May.

Going to dedicate 2 days per week to an training for this...



Hoping I’ll be able to do at least one full rep at the end of the month.

Otherwise, hoping to hit PR’s to the big compounds, as usual:
Hoping to reach RPE 8’s for 275 lb x 5 for bench, 500 lb x 5 for deadlift, 450 lb x 5 for squat.

Definitely overshoot the goals for this month. After this, FOR SURE diverting to a hypertrophy block going into the summer.

Been doing cold showers for 1 or 2 minutes for a month now.

even had a nice ice bath after football today although I couldn't get the water any lower than 8.7 Celsius which isn't that cold if I'm honest.

Had 7kg of ice. Worth doing brahs for recovery imo/along with foam roll and massage gun.

I never got that massage gun that some scammer posted on here sometime ago lol. I could def use some muscle therapy these days lol

Just some variation work with Anderson squats for one of today’s compound movements. This variation helps focus on getting yourself out of the hole mainly, where many, including myself have a weak point for the latter part of the squat movement.

Video Clips:
1. 325# x 5 as a warmup.


2. 375# x 5 as a working set.


3. 395# x 2 with a gym fail at the 3rd. Bar slide off my back; I blamed the smooth knurling, but that’s more my fault not taking control of the bar.


4. 395# x 5 as another working set.


Ended up finishing it off with 385# x 5 and 375# x 5 after this. Incredibly difficult variation, I’m finding, but it was between this, or pin squats today.

nice squating session.

I can't imagine moving that much weight out of the hole with no bounce at the bottom.

fasted from thursday 10pm to sunday 12pm.

72 hour fast. YES THANK GOD. I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD DO IT. JESUS THANK YOU.

TRAMPOLINE PARK 1 HOUR. TOUGHEST WORKOUT EVER. CUTE DARK SKIN GIRL CHECKING ME OUT ALL DAY. I FELT SO GOOD.

fu*kED UP yesterday.

so after 72 hours fast.

i ate subway steak egg and cheese wrap.







then had some pizza popcorn






then at 8pm bought some coc*nt shrimp from the asian star.


did not eat all of it. but it was so freaking good. felt so terrible. i guess if you starve yourself then eat. you feel bad.


so today.

i will try to fast from monday 2pm to wenesday 10pm!

2. try to eat veggis and healthy low calorie food instead of going for junk.

5. overcome my junk food addiction.

Just got a 30 min HIIT before the days end

Really gonna focus on getting my cardio in order this month as i haven't consistently done cardio since july ‘20 and I been feeling super gassed.
