Use to work with this whyte gul that use to wear mix matched socks. It was her thing. I always thought it was kinda dope, as long as they're the same length and the colors compliment each other.

Aren’t your forearms supposed to be together? Prob get better results like that, but the ones in op weren’t that bad.

I been slacking on my core workouts for a while now I need to start doing crunches and planks again lol.

24 pounds in 32 days is something I highly doubt from planking alone. The video also doesn't state how long he planks for per day.

Thanks for sharing this. Can I ask why more than two minutes is a waste of time? You didn’t see any further improvements in your core by adding additional time?

Yup basically now I spice it up by doing weighted side planks and doing one legged planks now im hitting other parts

Week 1 - 0.5 minute
Week 2 - 1 minute
Week 3 - 1.5 minutes
Week 4 - 2 minutes
