i'd say a lot of those dudes had more potential than buzz.

tbh 69 had the most buzz and flopped the hardest in recent memory. might have been the biggest flop of all time considering the buzz he had leading up to the album release.

I don't think Canibus and Saigon really belong on this type of list. While they didn't live up to the initial hype, they still managed to make a career off their music and released some good sh*t.

I was trying to add the poll the first time, dude said Canibus should be on the list, as I deleted the thread, I commented on his comment stating im bout to delete, because he was the only comment and I wanted his vote on the poll also. I duplicated the tab so I could make sure I added all the rappers and in doing so the poll option didn't pop up. Why would I lie about something so meaningless.
