Who the fu*k else walks around with $250k+ in jewelery, flashes $50k+ in cash and tells their location? Wealth brings wolves in any profession but no one else taunts like these guys. Act your wage and you'll be scraight.

Ask Mos Def, Common, Talib etc if they gotta wake up fearing for their lives everyday. Like someone else said, it's the energy you keep around you that matters, conscious rappers staying safe out here.

Seems like it’s mainly rappers (9 outta 10 type sh*t) that are involved with gangs and a violent history themselves that stay gettin gunned down.

I don't think guys like j cole, talib kweli, q-tip getting pressed like that

them dudes that's always flexing I got more cash than you, drive better cars than you, got more designer than you, more jewelry than you, fu*k better bi*ches than you while fu*king your bi*ch, got shooters on deck I dare a negus to test me

Yep. I used to be real dismissive of that energy sh*t when I was younger but the older I get the more I realize just how powerful the tongue is and how things are brought into existence if you speak upon it enough.

The strong survive though otherwise Gucci would have been capped by now

In terms of work ethic and dedication to both the rap and street life is there a better example than Gucci Mane? fu*k no.

Yes I know he moved on from the lean which should tell these younger rappers it is not a good look

It’s not dangerous if you separate the street sh*t from the success

You need to be prepared on the next level and stop trying to keep n*ggas who hate you in your circle so you seem “real” for not leaving that life behind.

It’s always the ones who smoke blunts witcha

Most "rappers" now rely on image rather than talent. Not sayin those guys named are super talented but you can clearly see the difference in approach to rap between them and bad rapping tough guys ie: Uncle Murda, China Mac, Casanova or Trick Trick, etc.

It's way easier to get a fake chain or 4, buy some fake money off amazon, shoot a hood video with a bunch of dusty kids waving gang flags, rent an exotic 100k+ car and rap on a beat that was purchased for $75.

The return on investment is way less of a gamble because all you are losing is money that can be recouped if the joint even remotely catches on. Whereas the first guys you mentioned actually put time & effort into their work. Time can never be recouped. And if for nothing else they just ain't that nice.

He full of poop. What causes the danger is perpetuating ignorance and negative energy via song. Also bragging about how much money you have can entice wolves too. People view tv as reality...alot of these rappers really don't have all the money they claim to have....and then they still hang in or live in their old hood....which is dangerous. Only a few rappers could actually live in their same hood and be respected enough to not get touched. This street and negativity rhyme stuff is witchcraft.....and their devil worshipping bosses dont care....they live in gated communities.

success makes you a target... yes... but thats the price of fame.... instead of being a lottery ticket to stripper bi*ches and escorts, hire some damn security, and make sure they dont smoke or drink.

Soon as someone "famous" dies everybody get to crying and acting like bi*ches.

Senseless murders have always existed in every corner of the fu*king world and they always will.

This whole fu*kin country was taken in blood..n*ggaz need to stop with the bullsh*t narratives.
