You try me, it's shots at your biscuit
Twenty-four hip it
I'ma just twenty-four hip it 'cause bro said, "Don't ever forget it"
Gang with me
Anywhere I pop out, know the thang with me
Every n*gga in here with me gon' bang with me
Try your luck and bro goin' insane with me
Bodies dropping, that sh*t ain't a thing to me
Smokin' deadies, I'm rollin' up lame n*ggas
Couple n*ggas here with me done changed n*ggas
Clean the mission, we leavin' remains, n*gga
Strictly business, ain't playin' no games
fu*k all this fame, n*gga
You will get flamed, n*gga
Don't you front, I got aim, n*gga
I saw homis that fu*k with my brain, n*gga
I be feelin' like goin' insane, n*gga
I just got me a check, now my chain bigger
You gon' die for the stain, n*gga
When you sent me the addy, I came, n*gga
Only me and my main n*ggas
You ain't ready for static, don't play, n*gga
We could hit you today, n*gga
If you makin' your bed, better lay, n*gga
There ain't too much to say, n*gga

It’s only entertainment, no different from a violent movie
If u feel like the music is persuading u to do something that is out if ur character then u have a mental problem and should refrain from it.

This is not just entertainment and you saying that is a cop out.

fu*king Bobby Shmurda rapped about n*ggas catching bodies a week ago on his song and it was true. Why are you saying this.

There has been multiple instances of examples like that. Look at the Chicago sh*t. You just want to defend it.

There's a saying called... "Life imitating art"
When people are following entertainment.

No it’s not the same, when an actor plays a movie role that’s all it’s promoted to be, a role, a character, we know that’s not them. We know Al Pacino is not Tony Montana or Michael Corleone. We know that’s just Al Pacino playing a role. When we see Martin and Will Smith in bad boys we know they aren’t really cops chasing criminals around the city and blowing stuff up. Rappers images are promoted as the real thing, that’s what they say makes hip hop “authentic” and the record companies market and promote that image and never deviate from the image they are trying to sell you. Rappers are ALWAYS in that character!! They do interviews in that character, they take pictures in that character, they record songs and albums and shoot videos in that character!!!!! Your analogy is so far off and makes no sense.

Back in the day people thought Ice Cube was the hardest gangster rapper of all time, turns out he wasn’t wasnt a gangster at all and was just playing a part. Also kids aren’t watching movies over and over and over like they play records and albums over and over. To imply that music doesn’t influence the subconscious of the individuals who condition their mind with it is wrong. And to say it’s just entertainment isn’t how they actually market the product. They market these guys and real hardcore drug dealing gun shooting gang banging street guys with real street cred. Cmon I know you are smarter than this

I agree....I also think that based off ur view it is alil bit mentally...we've had rap for a long time...we've also known for a long time that they are characters....but we still have people who believe those characters are real..if u cant distinguish the two STILL..then that can be a mental issue..the same way people take wrestling so seriously...I think it's also environmental..

Sounds like ur falling for the promotion tactics and the use of ďauthenticĒ that they are putting out.
Letís be serious the average gangster rapper talks about a k*lling in every verse and if u believe thatís what they are really doing and u still support it then u have a problem
