I considered leaving Virginia Beach to live in Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond last year.

Now I’m living in Paris as an CyberSec Analyst.

Best decision I’ve made. If you can overcome the language barrier and find a good career, life is fu*king effortless in Europe.

Real sh*t. Glad you were able to experience Belgium!

I never understood why people would go broke living in a major city in the US when all they could just do is snag a passport, find a job overseas that’s willing to pay for their VISA in the host country and go from there. Or even find a job in Germany working at a military installation (Stuttgart, Rammstein, K-Town, Wiesbaden)

There’s a lot of paperwork involved but the cost of living in Europe is much more financially efficient compared to the United States in my personal experience.

My loft is €770 / month.
My cellphone bill is €35 / month (Unlimited Data)
I paid €3000 for my 2007 Range Rover HSE
Train tickets by SNCF to travel to Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria, Spain etc on average cost less than €150 round trip depending on the day you book for.

Oh if you’re bachelor, perfect place to snag up some bi*ches for casual s*x / dating. None of that serious sh*t n*ggas be getting trapped in stateside.

Seattle my favorite vacation city. Reminds me so much of DC.

Ive been thinking about moving there for a while. As a canadian ion get why ppl who live in the states freak out about rent. You can find cheap places anywhere.

Hell when i was in NY on a paid internship i was in public housing saving mad bread and close to work

It's probably priced for the lot and the location. I spent a few years in Seattle in an apartment 10 minutes from downtown and a condemned home about that size in the area went for $500k... was promptly torn down and a new build went up. That was like 3 years ago.

That's probably what the realtor is selling here. An old house in a GREAT location that will end up demolished by the new owner.

Need to know the lot size, but it's a teardown.
You're listing for the location not the actual house
