Sure he is.

Not only did he sellout his own people, he invested between $100-200 million to the racist NFL for a 5% stake.

Think about it. He could have put that money ANYWHERE. There are plenty of major corporations he could have invested in. Ones that support minorities and their causes.

He’s done more for young rappers now than any other rapper. Helped Trayvon family, and donated to several black businesses and foundations plus the stuff him and Bey don’t promote for likes and retweet’s.

He’s been making moves in the sports world and this is a smart move. There is no legit argument against the move beside ppl champion Kapernick.

Which is cool but I keep hearing people call jay a sellout when they not keeping the same energy. Nike can support Kapernick and still work with the NFL but not Jay.

This is how small minded we are as a group. Not seeing the bigger picture. We have to infiltrate white business with black business. This is how we takeover sh*t.

n*gga literally said. “I said no to the Super Bowl: you need me, I don't need you. Every night we in the end zone, tell the NFL we in stadiums too.”

He hasn't even done sh*t yet. At least let the n*gga fail first.

Yall gotta stop all this over reaction sh*t. Social Media is fu*king yall up. You DO NOT have to have an opinion on something right away. Let the sh*t play out and judge the end result.

That n*gga might legit make a change. We don't know. But if he doesn't, we roast him. Either way, just fu*kin wait it out. Don't be the dude over analyzing sh*t that hasn't even happened yet. That's some female sh*t.

I am without question. I'm watching it illegally, but I'm for sure watching.

Jay-Z is right and this kinda proves it. The silent protests like not watching did their job of raising awareness, but now it's time to do more. We need new moves.

Jay-Z has been a sellout since I came out the womb so it's not surprising after hearing every album/feature before and after he quoted "I dumbed down my lyrics to earn more dollars". That's one of the reasons why I didn't take 4:44 seriously. At this point, Jay cares about making sure his family is rich for decades to come even if he means using deception and confusion to get what he wants.

People acting like this situation with the NFL shed light on what's been the truth about the n*gga since he got that first check.

Jay been a sellout, and an Uncle Tom. Music aside, fu*k that n*gga. I can respect the hustle without respecting the individual, and I don't have any respect for him at all as a black man.

I'd argue Jay Z sells out everytime he turns down a check for ethical reasons.

The man has like 10+ albums telling you that he's a hustler.

Hustlers are about their paper.

In time I will have more information and data, so I don't have an opinion yet. I am of the mindset that change comes from within, or as some have said before me, for change to come, usually someone in power has to side with those being oppressed. Sometimes to get someone in power to feel that way, they have to be exposed to injustice or any issue by someone that they trust or see as their equal.

I don't know what Jay-Z does or doesn't do, but I feel like no matter what you do or don't do, there will be people who think you are up to no good. Jordan or Jay-Z or Oprah or Kap. I mean if we had the data, the money shown on the taxes to charities that we think are for black people, the off the books background movies, if we could see all of that, I think we may be surprised to see what's going on.

Jay-Z don't need to check in with me or anyone else regarding the moves he makes

he made the deal, he knows what it entails, we just on the outside looking in, judging.

will he and Roc Nation bring change? time will tell

I'm open to new information. Can you please cite what he's done to be a sell out? I mean real world data.

If you listen to The Story Of OJ you can hear how upset Jay is at all the investments he missed out on. He saw a chance to get 5% of a team and didn't think twice.

In this instance. People still chasing that dangling carrot. Buying that same tagline. Talking about change. Learned a lot from politicians.

There's no leverage there. They gave him money to make the NFL good in da hood again. And he took it.

Always has, from jaz-o To sauce money To memphis bleek To state property To his separation from Dame, jay has always been a snake, but you become rich from being a snake, until everything falls down, even his Roman relationship with Beyoncé, pure snake Evil individual. Great rapper by the way.

Jay took money to shut down protests and make black ppl happy with a racist league that justgot caught donating to trump which is why they released the jay deal info even tho it was a year old already

There is no situation where u can apply common sense and say this wasn't a snake sell out move but he got away wth gentrifying his own hood for 100k
He told y'all the nets would bring jobs to black ppl and as soon as the paint dried and the gentrification started he sold his .6% of 1% of nets ownership aka 100k

He lied about tidal being a black business

All he does is keep scamming his stupid childish fanbase for their hero worshipping
