In a word Yes. The past three presidents Clinton, Bush and Obama were letting human trafficking bills expire (there were atleast nine that I know of). The first big thing that Trump did when he came into office was have congress reissue all these bills and of coarse he signed them. Then congress wrote a bunch more for the president to sign. No Democrat is crazy enough to oppose any bill involving trafficking and you will never hear about this in the news.
