How good of a businessman is Hov if Kylie Jenner reached a billion before him?

I think if Jay was really a great businessman he would find his way to tap into that same market, have his hand in everything, that's a real hustler. His real advantage was having ownership not so much hustling. If Eminem had owner ship he would have 10 billion right now with all the records he sold. Hov has a billion dollars more than I'll ever have so I ain't sh1tting on him, just think it took a long time for him to reach a billion. He had 100's of millions in 2001.
