I'm going with Nip since the amount of love he's gotten is ridiculous. Noone has said anything bad about the man since passing away. He literally has zero haters which is extremely rare. Everyone from Obama to government officials have praised him. His funeral had as many people as Princess Dianas.

All the good that Nip did for his community, the community showed lobe back. Everything other people just rapped about to sell records, Nip actually did.

Nip in his free time helped create jobs for repeat felons and his friends to make a better life for themselves. Meanwhile 2pac in his free time took underrage girls to prom lowkey trying to smash.



Also Nip was 10000x's a better businessman then 2pac. Pac sold 6 millions records and had less then 100 grand in his bank accounts total when he died. Nip sold maybe 1/10th of that and had millions in liquid cash plus gave back to his hood.

When its all said and done, Nips legacy will overshadow Pacs.
