The late pop star’s home is currently on the market for $31 million [put £ equivalent], down from the original asking price of $100 million [put £ equivalent], in 2015.
The 2,700 acre property featured heavily in Channel 4 documentary Leaving Neverland, which detailed allegations of child abuse from multiple men against Jackson.
“I suspect most of it will be demolished as I doubt many developers would want to maintain Michael Jackson's legacy after these shocking allegations,” he told Daily Star Online.
“Perhaps someone may think that Neverland could be rebranded somehow, but this would be doomed to failure in my view.”
