Execution alone doesn’t really encompass things like overall team caliber especially in a sport where the QB is off the field almost half the game.

Brady is the greatest. I define greatness as a combo of skill, success, and opportunity. Brady has high level of skill (less skilled than Rodgers imo), Brady has a high level of success (SBs/stats), and good opportunity (stable owner/coach/culture).

Some people have Marino as goat, but he’s so far behind in SBs/stats (I know current stats are inflated) hard to argue he is that much more skilled than Brady to surpass him as goat. Rodgers has top-notch talent but to be goat he needs more rings.
