I want to know what is the best whey protien powder and where is the best place to get some and not that cheap sh*t but the good one's thanks to anybody that helps

I normally get the 10 pound cause i run thru it otherwise. ive tried all of the flavors, i like vanilla the best cause i can mix it with my morning oatmeal. Whey protein is off the chain...

I would say muscle milk but I get it at my local bodybuilding store, not sure where to get it online tho, I don't think the quality of whey is too important because it is just milk protein and I don't believe there is too much differences in whey protein even the cheap ones, the only difference is the other stuff that is put in it, oh yeah always get the fruity flavors they always taste better, and don't forget you still need solid protein

yeah, i dont really know the quality of whey, i haven't really researched it, bit ive been using optimum for about 6 months now and its doing well

and like RL said, keep solid protein in you as well, dont just use the drinks. Make sure to stay on that chicken brea$t, egg whites, tuna, ect. ect.

yeah whey is all the same but some are produced different like some blend into water/milk really easy and you don't have to stur forever, buts that basically it, other then that its the other stuff like will make it expensive

son i use this sh*t called nitro-gen extreme. u can find it on and it seems to be the cheapest price for number of servings per dollar.

(It also has a very high protein per serving content at 60g a serving =)
