Kodi: Users who stream illegal content should 'Bugger off'

image

A week ago, Kodi took to Twitter to express its hatred for popular third-party add-ons site TVAddons, claiming that it should be shut down as it brought "nothing but misery to everyone."

The media software developer has continued its war of words since, attacking not only TVAddons again, but also end users, stating that anyone who uses Kodi to stream content illegally "can just bugger off and never come back." And thatís not all.

Kodi issued a string of tweets, attacking those who use the software for piracy purposes, even going so far as to brand one Twitter user "an excellent example of why contraception should be more widely considered."

Despite this seemingly hard-line stance, Kodi says it has "no interest in f!ghting piracy, itís not our f!ght," further clarifying "We couldn't give a flying duck what people use Kodi for. We do reserve the right to choose what we provide support for though."

Clearly riled by being continually asked about streaming add-ons it has previously distanced itself from, Kodi explains that it loves "third party add-ons, just not the piracy variety."

Please! They can eat a bag of d!cks. Its they're fault, no one told them to take that og xbox os and make this program. Every internet hacker in the world thanks them for this. I got kodi with all the fixins on everything, iphone, macbook, fire sticks, burners. If it has an os and internet its got the kodi. Call me a degenerate if you want, cable is r*pe. They can't stop that sh*t anymore its forever now.

Exactly, you don't want to look like you're ok with it. Its the old "sh*t on them in public and pat their knee under the table" act.

A powerful all in one open source media player that organize your media files and lets you customize your u.i. That is what it was before pirates figure out how to take advantage of plug in ability. Same reason why people found a way to side install kodi to fire stick.

Why do you think you have to add a couple of repository to even install a few piracy plug in. Why do you think that the feds are targeting the repository instead of kodi.

Just started thinking about doing this... you mind PMing me some info on how to get started? I got a Roku a friend got me for a gift, but haven't used it yet. But I'm about to get off.

I just wanna watch Desus & Mero, Rick & Morty, Black-ish, Bob's Burgers, NBA/NCAA bball, and the MLB playoffs... trying to live the simple life over here, and I don't think I need cable anymore.
