Since at least the days of the dominant '90s for Dallas, Aikman's offensive trio for the Cowboys had been referred to as the "triplets". The trio of Aikman, Smith, and Irvin, now all members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, inspired the term used here.
Who were the greatest example of said "triplets" of all time? Which trio had the most combined power, in your opinions?
I'll list the trios that immediately come to mind. Not in order. In my personal opinion, the Greatest Show on Turf was greatest trio ever assembled. Current Pittsburgh Steelers triplets are a close 2nd for me.
