This man makes a good point...ab exercises will define the muscle, but if you wanna see that muscle you have to do some cardio! Or else your fatass won't see any results haha!

i have excercise that s work

lay on the edge of a bench and hold your legs at a 180 degree angle while you are slightly lifting your head to where you stomach is straining hold for 30 second repeat

Hey shorty had a point what is the timeline where you start to see the defin. of your abs? My problem is I want bigger arms and chest, but I was abs also. Is this possible and what's the time where I should start seeing something?????????

While your energy is up start with:
1. Hanging reverse crunches (3-4 sets)
focus on your breathing and your body movement (no swinging)
2. Crunches on an exercise ball (3-4 sets)
use your ab muscles only (try various foot positions for maximum effect)
3. With a partner sit back to back (keep backs straight) and pass a medicine
ball from your right to their left, and grab it from your left their right.
(Very Quick Movement, Focus on your breathing - f!ght The Burn, MAX
THIS EXERCISE OUT!!!)

in need of help here..
i was wondering if anyone can tell me the best workout routine that i can do to improve my abs and upper body. Also, to lose weight and learn how to "eat right" persay...
I weight 140, with 17% body fat..looking forward to reduce that (so feel free to post some suggestions)
so if anyone can help me out, by all means feel free. i am new at this, if anyone was wondering..

check the link, 3% can't be healthy...although you would see your abs pretty well...

The average man has 15 to 17% body fat, while the average woman is between 18 and 22%. Typical scores for elite athletes are 6% to 12% for men and 12% to 20% for women.

Also you definatly need those calipers to check BF%

Damn, nobody has still posted anything to help define abs and create an 8-pack. I weight 160 and look skinny, but got a 6-pack, and I'm trying to work everything out. Anybody got some routines?

I can see my upper 2 packs but I have some fat (minimal) on the stomach covering the lower abs.

I`m doing cardio daily which reduces more fats than I consume (daily).

I do 8 minutes abs every other day for upper abs and I do sit-ups, 1inchs, 3inchs and 6 inchs to failure on the days in between.

Will I see results?

lol no u wont...
daily cardio is overtraining which doesnt reduce ur fat but catabolizes ur muscle as fuel.. lay off a little its the rest period after ur workout ware u build ..and it has to be abt 24 hours
