yeah 3% is bodybuilder and beyond stuff....if you are below or at 10% you can see ur abs sometimes, like when ur working them, if you can hover at like 5-6 thats tight....I do kickboxing (not that cardio stuff either) and bicycle crunches really hit the abs and obliques....it has been the highest rated abs exercise in many magazines, check it out

I'm a skinny dude but it's kinda werid. Sometimes my abs show like a bit of a 4 pac but ifright after i eat something my stomach just goes to looking normal. I usually have to take a sh*t for them to show again. I also notice when I'm laying flat on my back they always show up.

These are your upper abs, lower abs, obliques, transverse abdominis and lower back. Working these correctly 2-3 times a week and also eating properly will definately do the trick!
Could someone list some excercises for each of those sections?

I think this statement is ridiculous. You are partly right, you obviously have to do cardio and diet to get rid of whats hiding your abs but consider this..Lets say you've pretty much never worked out your abs religiously before but you diet and do cardio to expose them, this DOES NOT mean that your abs are going to be strong. Whats the point of saying 'yea i got a six pack' if the ab muscles are weak?? Even if your abs can show if a motherfu*ker lays one into your stomach you still gonna feel alot of pain cuz the muscles are only visible and not strong.

is that time ppl time to get ready and get back in shape and get back those 6 pack abs. You know we need it because it looks good and feel good and im telling girls are loving it baby. They can't get enough of those tight abs. Guys if you have no abs better get ready and start working those abs hard. About like 3 month you can get it. Not only do you feel great but you look great as hell

no but when you do heavy squats and heavy deadlifts your abs stabilize your body thus getting a workout....

Man my abs used to look good, up until about 2-3 years ago. I used to never have to do sit ups, now im starting to look down and think about Homer.

I need to start working out again, I had a nice 6 pack senior year of HS but 3 years later it's all gone.

I'm thinking about getting an ab lounge...if anyone has one, are they worth it?

Do situps and bicycle kicks every night, 3 sets of 20-50reps each, depending on what you can handle, when you tear the muscle tissue to allow it to heal and build up again, you can do this every night compared to chest exercises which your chest needs more time to heal, but keep this up everynight it builds your ab muscles. You need to run and stay active to lose whats on top of your abs to see some abs, eat healthy, run, jog, bicycle, get the heart going and you will lose pounds on your stomach. (You can't get VISIBLE abs from doing just situps) RUN!

arite evryone, i play soccer about twice a week and walk on average around 2/3 miles a day. i do about 150 sit ups a day an have (id say) about 10% body fat on me, i started 1 week ago an my stomach already feels firmer, but how long do you think it'll take till i can really see a difference?
