bulking = few reps, heavy weight
cutting = high reps, light weight

Naw for strength you force your self with heavier weights.It sounds weird but hear it is
I'll give you an example

I know alot you played Football right? Remember about a Month to 2 months before you did your "Max Outs" your Coach would Drop your number of Reps and Increase Your weight you did on your lifts dramaticly
for instance you would go from either a regulatr 3 set of 10 reps or 3 sets of 8 reps to.....
4 sets of 6 reps
or a 5 sets of 5 reps to...
3 sets of 3 reps
then you would MAX out after that
He DECREASED your number reps to build up your POWER


You gain SIZE by FORCING yourself to do more REPS
that's why things like "Pyramids" and "21's" and "Drop Sets" put that size on you.You force muscle fibers that your rarely use to actually do some work because your "burning out" .Which is alo why you get "cut" your devolping muscles and definition.

I've been a personal Trainer for 6 years now so I’ll tell you what I tell everyone that asks me this daily. Creatine is fine to take as long as you take it right and Cycle correctly. I personal take Nutritional Delivery Systems “Evolve”. There is no loading with this product so all you have to do is take before and after workouts. Cycling creatine is the biggest deal there is try to stay on for 10 weeks and off 5 weeks if you keep that cycle up that should help you there. But if you really want to put on muscle mass shot me a privte message and I’ll try and help you out. Because there is more to it than just taking something and working out.
