Some of you n*ggas are super salty , They haven't even signed anyone and your bi*ching. I can tell some of you are young as fu*k too. The Lakers were a super team for fu*king years and noone said anything. Boston was the original big 3 and still ppl were mum about it. Let them get a 4th its not like they will be unbeatable , If anything this should make others in the league work harder.

what does a paycut have to do with a trade
Obviously the big three can't make trades, but the closest they can do is take paycuts to bring another big star in. Something thats uncommon, in comparison to a trade override in 2k, an uncommon move.. Wasn't that hard of joke to comprehend.

Back to the topic, I'm on the fence about this. How can you really hate on someone willing to take less? But I will hate on him for asking for ANOTHER SUPERSTAR. It's the bi*ch mentality he's showing again of wanting to play with the best, instead of competing against the best.. All of this would be cool if he was wiling to take a pay cut to make the roster deeper or fill it out more with a solid big man and bench depth. But this clown is trying to get another Team USA teammate

Its not suprising anymore, so I'm not even upset if this happens.

Kobe is accustomed to doing more with less

7th seed out west with Smush Luke & Kwame starting
who's coming off the bench to replace them

got to the finals and took the ORIGINAL big 3 6 games with NO BYNUM & Ariza playing 45 min for the entire playoffs

If players are willing to take less. More power to them. They still have to gel and make shots.

How is it not fair? They cleared their cap and got the players they wanted just like other teams TRIED to do, Knicks, but failed, Knicks.

Big market teams like LA or NY could get players to do this but apparently they're not as good a salesman as Riley
this, and the situation is fair either way.... if your a free agent, you can get buku bucks to be a star on another squad, or you can take less to be a role player for the GOAT, he on his MJ sh*t

Most of you are to young to know how little Mike was getting paid compared to the rest of the league until Garnett signed that contract and then Chi then paid Mike more $!!!
tell em' .... back then everybody was getting paid 2-3 mil each, taking less wasn't even a option

Is this dude talkin about Kobe doin more with less and then he brings up how they made the playoffs one year? Go check out that Cavs roster Lebron beat the Pistons with and brought to the finals. Im beggin u bro.

Pau was a top signing when he was signed. He fell off a good bit now and its easy to make fun of it but go check out the 4th quarter of the 2010 finals. While Kobe was shootin under 30%, Pau was closin out games.

They're not getting a 4th star they just realize that good role players are not accepting min-3 mil deals when teams with capspace are overpaying to keep them away from miami. Battier snd ray are most likely done and haslem will decline more. Only one still signed would be cole

at fist people hated the NBA because the stars only "cared about the money"

now the best player in the world is thinking about taking back-to-back (no pun) paycuts to build a better team!?

while the Limp Mamba is saying no to a pay cut?

FOH...

what y'all want!?

Your pay should not determine to your level of play. Money isn't everything but he has millions in endorsements. I'm sure being happy and winning is better. He already paid his dues.

Would much rather a guy who wants to work instead of a player just trying to get paid.
I def understand what youre saying its very unselfish and give him respect for that. what im saying though is hes the best player in the league and should be winning regardless and being happy, do they really need another star. I can see them needing a great role player because I think that's 1 area they need to fix but to be playing with another star is crazy but this season is gonna mean a lot with how they play with this team.
