Nas at the age of 18 dropped illmatic. Spit far better lyric, and unlike earl, that Nas can actually know how to make a song and album.

Also jay–Z can make a song with multiple meaning with his double and triple extender. All earl have is big vocabulary and weak a.ss wordplay and similes with little meaning. And you think that sh*t hot and complex. It just song with no meaning with a lot of punchlines. Lupe dumb it down is far more complex than that bullsh*t song and that song had a meaning.
no ones talking about nas...nas is the goat.

Popping like the top of a bottle of hot JavaScript

“Pop” is a Java function, which removes the object at the top of a stack, and returns the value.

He is implying he is the top of the “stack” of rappers.

Of course, he then wraps this within the metaphor of the “top” (cork or lid) of a bottle popping off (JavaScript, continuing the computing references, is a popular scripting language, but Earl also references its origins as a term for coffee, i.e. a drinkable liquid).

In this metaphor, Earl is the bubble that rises to the top, and causes the whole thing to explode.

that triple entendre
That explanation is reaching at its finest. I'm sorry but if you gotta find such a backwards way of explaining a line that basically implies how weak it is. I'm not even gonna go into the idea of a bottle of hot coffee (lol!), because he even fu*ked that up, because if he was hot,and referencing coffee, Java is what he would talk about, Java and Javascript are two completely different things.

This is my point, they try and use a vocab that extends beyond the average person (because they have a superior complex, the fact that Earl hates on one of the biggest mainstream rap artists EVER is a testament to this alone), except they just expose themselves because they dont know what they talking about.

Like I said before, he's just flowing, which may sound nice, but its a bunch of nothing being said made to sound like something that that average person can't comprehend.

And what makes this even more funnier is that you keep mentioning triple entendre (which arguably doesnt even exist), to help your case for Earl who is hating on Jay-Z. Who you think made the term triple entendre even relevant within hip hop? It sure wasn't Earl.

Was he off track? Hip-hop has overhyped both albums, IMO. Kendrick is my favorite rapper, also.

That statement wasn't to be appealing to only white people. It was aimed toward blacks who like to think of themselves as not fitting the typical stereotype, as himself.

Y'all make zero sense. You keep making these camel warrior statements and saying "why you guys mad about his opinion". But earls the one telling people to stop following him of they fu*ked with the album, earls the one who brought race into the sh*t. That's when it turns into hating because he could've just said "I wasn't feelin the album" and kept it moving

Sorry, but that's corny sh*t right there. Unless you're a code warrior, that sh*t falls flat. No wonder white kids (no diss to whites, just the select corny few) love these wack mutherfu*kers. You all can have them, we don't fu*k with this sh*t.

The Gifted and Born Sinner were more worth my money.
