Um, what are these "Overproduced"/Wack tracks on this album? The craziest/most bizarre beat on this bi*ch is "All Of The Lights" and n*ggas know that sh*t was tight. I always think of the phrase "A Beautiful Mess" when I think of that instrumental. Next things that come to mind are "Power" (what I feel is his best beat, ever
) and "Lost In The World."
If you have a problem with "Lost In The World," I could somewhat understand you only because it was the furthest thing from the traditional "Hip-Hop" sound on the album, but I still thought it was a dope track.
n*ggas on BX love talking about how MBDTF was "Overrated" or "Wack," but I'm looking at this tracklist and the only things I had a problem with was the sort of cheesiness on "Runaway" with the singing and some of the words he used ("Douchebags"/"Jerk Offs") and "Hell Of A Life" was missing something as far as the verses went. But the album was nuts.
The biggest difference between MBDTF and his 1st 2 albums was that there was not a really tight cohesive sound/theme to it. But each on of those tracks had dope a.ss beats, with my personally least favorite being "Monster."
