yea he did luck up at 99 Cent store. I know they have the basics snacks and stuff but spinach and fruits would be crazy to find at 99 cent store unless they are about to spoil soon. sometimes the 99 cent store gets over on you, you think you are getting a deal when actually u could go to walmart pay 50 cent more and double the quantity that the dollar store is offering.

not surprising. someone almost has to die before they get into shape. it he lifted weights, he would've done that in half the time. congrats to him though. eat right and exercise and you'll be the size you want. it's not rocket science. he should've been doing this from gate.....i teach my kids now that they have to eat right and exercise.

Great story. Walking is definitely a great way to help with weight loss. I knocked off 17 pounds by walking/jumping rope/lifting/doing calisthenics and most importantly changing my eating habits. It's gotta be a lifestyle change and you have to want it. I walk twice a day for a half hour at a time. It really works.

man this is good to see, congrats @ tokinjohn i need that kinda of inspiration rite now. i let my weight get crazy over the past few years. i saw a picture of myself from my sons 1st birthday a couple months back and i was done, my sh*t is WAY outta line. im back in the gym for the past month with my neighbor (a fitness trainer) and it feels great. still tightening up on my diet and i got a long way to go but its good, gotta set the example for my son

great story. I never would've thought walking worked wonders the way some of you guys are saying. oh and out here in California (LA) theres a big chain of stores called "99¢ Only" stores and they got everything in there..it comes thru real good

I always shop at the .99 cent store first to see some good deals..saves a lot of money. For chicken brea$ts and tuna patty, I usually get them at any local grocery store..Safeway and targets are the two stores I mostly go for those things. But vegetables, fruits, bread and any other stuff..I get them at a .99 cent store.
