I like this man's way of thinking. Eating healthier by minimizing costs.

I'm living this type of lifestyle, but I cheat often since our vendors we work with often take us out to lunch and my company has a couple of lunches a month due to meetings and lunch & learns. It also doesn't help that I eat free from being a mystery shopper. What can I say? I'm a sucker for the cost of free.99

I think walking is great if you are sedentary or already on a diet and/or lifting weights. Walking is the icing on the cake because if you're already doing everything else right, there's no need to k!ll yourself doing HIIT or running just to lose an extra at most half pound of fat a week and take the chance of burning yourself out on exercise all together or binge eating for whatever reason.

HIIT and running has its purposes only if it fits your goals or are a runner or some type of athlete. But if you're just trying to lose weight and you're already dieting and lifting weights then doing anything more than walking is overkill and will probably set you up for failure.

True, but in my case I needed to gain weight. My old boss got disrespectful with me and he is a punk. I ain't the type to act tough and sh*t but I've had my fair share of f!ghts. My girl took a picture of me shirtless and was shocked at how big my head looked. . I started eating like I was starving. I constantly work out though. My thing was wall a.ssisted vertical pushups but my new wall ain't brick like my project wall. Lucky for me my new community has a gym so I just started training myself to run. I weigh 180 now, getting athletic.
