i've never witnessed any other industry where the customers feel so entitled.
that's because every other industry the customer pays for whatever they're doing, and that's it.
imagine if I paid for a hotel room, then paid the guy to check me in? or I pay the guy at the car dealership to show me the car then i pay for the car? or pay for a ticket at the theater, pay for the food, then pay the guy to take my ticket? pretty ridiculous huh?
why would i pay some guy to hand me some food instead of someone who actually fu*king does something important like performs a surgery
