These Bulls fans are k!lling me in these threads
They say Rose/Bulls fans couldn't care less about how people feel about Rose yet they find themselves in every thread defending that which they say doesn't need defending
When someone brings up Adrian Peterson having the same injury, then they say its a completely different sport
When someone brings up a man that plays the same sport and was injured on the same day that has returned then his expectations aren't the same because he isn't a leader
But Peterson was a leader and came back and went off, but.....that was a different sport.....but when its the same sport AND the same day then its different expectations....but when its the same expectations the guy goes on to become MVP but that was a different sport.....
I like Rose and if he sits till next year then cool but yall are just funny, keep it up
None of the arguments I used, Shumpert's injury and Rose's may have occurred at the same time, but they are not the same injury. And Adrien Peterson is simply a FREAK of NATURE. Thats it... That dudes Lebron analogy was good, not like he would ever even get injured, but I could see him coming back in record breaking time, the freak that he is...
Main Point: Not all ACL tears are created equal, in fact it would rarely if ever be accurate to call any two repairs the same exact injury/surgery. I'm not gonna repeat my analogy with my own labrum shoulder tears and Dwight Howard's of the exact same name, for which he apparently is just gonna do a little PT for in the off-season and be fine, thats at least the report I saw on ESPN. What I went through is well documented by now.
Same name, or letters in name does NOT = same injury/surgery/recovery time
