Video is wack and overdramatic, but it's well known that Treach and Pac were close. He's not allowed to mourn?
Pac was his boy before he even started recording music under "2pac", they were both roadies and then were dancers, Pac for Digital Underground and Treach for Queen Latifah. Pac also got the movie role for Juice when he tagged along with Treach for the auditions, and then Pac told the director that he wanted Treach to have a part in the movie after they offered him a role for Bishop. Also Pac saved dudes life when Treach beat up a member of the rollin 60s, and then Pac went and spoke to their OG's directly to leave Treach alone, and the beef was squashed. Treach also knocked out one of the members of De la Soul cuz he felt they were disrespecting Pac in a video and interview.
I wouldn't even say over dramatic, that was his man before all the music, they were closer than Puff and BIG ever was. Listen to the end of Hit'em Up video version he shouts out Treach.
