I'm back bi*ches. Spent the last month rebuilding my lifts after a year of injuries. Got to test out a new joint treatment therapy. Freakin amazing results (all the pros probably leaving US to get this same therapy) but had to shut down for a week.

After a year of some pretty heavy injuries I started going to and been seeing Biomechanical specialists. Only lifting twice a week. I'll start logging again as I am working up to getting back to a full regiment.

Also received a Community Fitness Award which I didn't expect. Off to train.
