i know but i just told you youre overthinking the beers effect on the meat. it tenderizes it and gives in a hint of the beer. this is not chicken that tastes like beer. thats why i also told you about bbq sauce (thats where the flavor comes from) which is also a preference. were talkin about bbq here not making creme broule. you flavor the hell outta whatever youre grilling. its really hard to fu*k up.

In Buffalo we call this drunken chicken and i do it on charcoal with half the beer and a the rest a local product called Chivetas mixed with Franks Hot Sauce. The bones slide right off the meat everytime. Never once rubbed the chicken. The smoke flavors the meat perfectly. One of my favorite things to BBQ

Meat Loaf ~
2 eggs, beaten
2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 cup Progresso® panko crispy bread crumbs
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2/3 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Mashed Potatoes ~
6 large potatoes, peeled, cubed
1/4 cup herb butter
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper
1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 18 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
2 In large bowl, mix Meat Loaf ingredients until well combined. Divide mixture evenly among muffin cups, pressing mixture down firmly.
3 Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaves reads 160ºF. Cool slightly in muffin cups.
4 While loaves are baking, in 3-quart saucepan, place potatoes in generously salted cold water. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cook potatoes until fork-tender. Drain; return to saucepan. Add butter and 1/4 cup milk; mash until creamy and smooth, adding more milk as necessary. Season with salt and pepper. Make sure mashed potatoes are creamy and smooth so they can be piped onto meat loaves.
5 Place potatoes in 10-inch decorating bag without tip. Starting at outside of loaf and in circular motion, pipe potatoes onto each meat loaf. If desired, garnish with additional parsley.

2 lbs chicken tenders or 4 large chicken brea$ts
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup whole milk
3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon dried parsley

Sauce:
1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoon butter
Crush crackers. If using chicken brea$ts and not tenders, cut each chicken brea$t into 3 large pieces. Pour the milk, cheese and cracker crumbs into 3 separate small pans. Toss the salt and pepper into the cracker crumbs and stir the mixture around to combine. Dip each piece of chicken into the milk and then the cheese. Press the cheese into the chicken with your fingers. Then press the cheesy coated chicken into the cracker crumbs and press it in.

Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray and lay the chicken inside the pan. Sprinkle the dried parsley over the chicken. Cover the pan with tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove the tin foil, bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the chicken are golden brown and crispy.

In a medium sized sauce pan combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and butter with a whisk. Stir it over medium high heat until the sauce is nice and hot. Serve over the chicken.

1 chocolate graham cracker or cookie pie crust
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and grated chocolate; optional garnishes

With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into prepared pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, with a sprinkling of grated chocolate. Keep refrigerated.

Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots
1 (3 oz.)bag bacon pieces
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken brea$ts, diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup milk
salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

1 Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of the frozen tater tots on the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the bacon pieces. Now top with 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Add diced chicken on top. Season with salt & pepper.


2 Now add 1/3 of the bacon pieces and another 1/3 of shredded cheese. Put the rest of the frozen tater tots on top. Finish with the remaining 1/3 cheddar cheese and remaining 1/3 of bacon pieces. Pour 3/4 cup milk all over the top.

3 Cover and cook on low about 4-6 hours.

Please note: Some slow cookers run at different temperatures. If you are using an older slow cooker (older than about 6 years old), your cooking time may take longer. Newer models run a bit hotter so keep an eye on this around the 4 hour mark. You want to make sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly (to 165F degrees).

4 Cook's Note: To make this in the oven, spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Layer ingredients into baking dish. Cover and bake at 350F degrees for about an hour.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425.
Unroll pizza dough onto a greased cookie sheet or Lg. Bar Stone, and brush with butter.
Sprinkle cheeses and spices evenly over the dough.
With a pizza cutter, cut dough lengthwise into 12 long strips. Then cut those in half to make 24 strips.
Do not separate strips.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.
Recut along each strip and remove from cooking sheet.
Serve sticks warm with marinara sauce

1 egg
1 tablespoon cold water
1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate fudge topping

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.

In a small bowl, mix together brownie mix, 1 egg and water. Spread into the greased pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
Melt the caramels with the evaporated milk over low heat in a heavy saucepan. Stir often, and heat until mixture has a smooth consistency. Reserve 1/3 cup of this caramel mixture, and pour the remainder over the warm, baked brownie crust.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour cream cheese mixture over caramel mixture.

Bake cheesecake for 40 minutes. Chill in pan. When cake is thoroughly chilled, loosen by running a knife around the edge, and then remove the rim of the pan. Heat reserved caramel mixture, and spoon over cheesecake. Drizzle with the chocolate topping.




All these without the bacon i'm making sometime no time soon but no time soon lmao
