Nah cuzz, Tacoma
didn't know KBBQ was popular outside of california bruh its all we$$$$$$$$t
sh*t is not healthy, fam. That's something you'd eat on a cheat day
I love korean bbq tho
I found out the marinated beef is GENERALLY around 60 calories an ounce
you gonna have about half a pound at least (60cal x 8oz = 480 Calories). You figure your with a big group, you'll probably end up eating a pound considering the occasion (60cal x 16oz = 960 Calories). Not to mention the side dishes that come with the beef / chicken / pork
Greatest cheat meal of all times.
If youre in Toronto gotta check this place
closest to real korean bbq ive found in TO. most of the korean bbq chains here are chinese owned and of course taste like knock off. everytime someone recommends me korean grill house
and this stuff aint healthy by nature its grilled meat (plus the required soju). one place in soongsil has a specialty of slow roasting the kimchi in tinfoil loaded with butter on the side of the grill.
but if youre bulking.........
Thanks fam, if I head that way I'll give it a shot. I guess I was looking for actual nutrtional value and thats sort of hard to do in this specific avenue of food
