Man I've looked into what's healthy to eat and what's not healthy
too much sh*t to name
One of you who eat healthy enlighten me on what it is you do eat?
Then again I'm sure you can get away with eating more unhealthy food if you're not trying to put on more muscle or in the process of getting fit than when you're just trying to keep fit
Easy , more veggies more fruits ( with seeds in them) .
And remember everything brown is better than white (rice, bread, pasta,sugar , flour) if they are white that's because it was bleached.
Rarely drink soda , prefer water (filtered water not water bottles) and smoothies and lemonade.
