Well that's unfair because coaches will always get another shot and players hardly do. That situation was more Fisher being a bi*ch and treating Vince like sh*t instead of embracing the kid and truly wanting to help him be good. Fisher's pride ran that team's good situation into the ground more than anything Vince did.
You're right on one thing, he hated Vince and didn't want him drafted. He wanted Matt Leinart over Vince all because of his USC connections and Norm Chow being his OC. I'm starting to look back and hate seeing his wish wasn't granted.
