Not necessarily true brother the problem imo, is not people being too lazy but it seriously cost money to actually get the healthy foods as the food companies jack up the healthy alternatives $2-3 more as the processed, junk, & canned foods are sold at the regular prices and most people incomes (especially in the hood) is going to buy what they can afford.
I started back working out and eating junk food last month and I can see the change in my body. I'm getting ready to change my diet around seriously as far as eating junk foods & canned & processed foods. I normally eat fast food once every month but I'm about to let that sh*t go as well b/c it ain't good for you.
Its ashame when you can get a double cheeseburger at Mcdonalds for a $1 but a head of lettuce cost $5. Its bullsh*t. You're right. They make the sh*t harder for us to buy it. Thats one of the biggest reasons we get sick. Its our diet. They put preservatives and chemicals in food that cause it to rot inside us and not always digest properly. A home cooked hamburger and alot healthier than that bullsh*t these fast food chains sale. Hell, alot of the foods and liquids such as sodas, fruit punches, etc with dyes and preservatives depletes and flushes our bodies of natural minerals and vitamin which causes deficiencies , thus causing cancers and other sicknesses. You can get diabetes from having low vitamin d levels. This is the food they design for us. sh*t sticks to your colon like glue.
I'm not saying I gave up fast food completely but I barely eat it now. I used to be a Fast food junky. I said fu*k it and started eating at home, drink plenty water and walked/ran everyday and the weight came off like crazy. Its good your getting healthy. Glad to see I aint the only one who is seeing changes.
