I don't think he was the greatest but def one of the best to do it.
I think his confidence and charisma on the Mic are almost untouchable though...

Whattup Big? You know sh*t is rough after you slid
You in God's hands now, keep a place for me kid
Ain't nuttin changed -- still "Party and Bullsh*t"
We used to fu*k R&B bi*ches and see who rhyme sickest
For every hit you made, more rappers afraid to come out
"Machine Gun Funk", from Queens I came through to smoke blunts
You came to my hood, we was broke
I wonder if we stayed that way, would there have been gunsmoke?

naw jay aint better than big....and if he would have stayed alive you would have clearly saw it. also em is good but aint seeing biggie. em and jay fell off anyways.

remember the battle for new york was between him and nas.......and big won. nas fell off after that but still managed to whoop jayz big lip with ether. nas last album was decent but nothing groundbreaking.

he can't even be up there. fu*ked up but true. he was on his way to being one of the GOATs but he only had 2 1/2 albums. He had so much more to give but couldn't. Jay-Z, Scarface, Nas, Pac are the ones ahead of him. Granted out of the 2 albums he had they was great but the ones ahead of him made more than 2 great albums...Even Eminem had at least 2 great albums. It sucks that his career ended the way it did because he would have more great albums to contribute.

Let it the record show that Biggie also played pac. It is a known fact that he used to play Don k!llumianti. bomb First, Hailmarry and all that.

Many people around him said that. Including Charlie Baltimore.

Honestly they both inspired each other on the low although it doesn't seem like it. They probably would have remained cool if pac never got shot.

Sidenote: Damn Charlie looks s3xy.

Biggie was also huge Tupac fan too. He used to bump his music alot. There's youtube clips of him riding around Brooklyn playing Straight Ballin off the Thug Life album. One of Biggies DJ's also said that he would bump Makaveli, and when asked why he would bump an album where he knew he would get dissed on, he said something like "......cause dukes sh*t is hot" lol.

Young Hov takes every opportunity he gets to bash on people who listens to 2Pac. They dont have to like him very much but he says everyone is a 2pac d!ckrider. He is a sad individual who d!ckride Jay-z and trolls to the fullest. Take his name for an instance

Kick In The Door >>>. DJ Premier and Big was like peas and carrots.

Premier had classics with Nas, Jay and BIG. Funny, one rapper never got a beat from Premo......
