Some people are predisposed to having little legs look at the NBA those guys are world class athletes I'm sure they do leg workouts however their legs look small.

Idk man... i see people on here saying hes doing it all wrong... but he look like he knows what he doing...
But idk...

Im a Marine and ive always had someone weaker then me try to tell me im doing things wrong... Like sombody was telling me im running wrong and im doing the threadmill wrong...

But the thing is ... I would smoke him and everybody else in my shop in any type of run... 1 mile all the way to 10 miles... I would smoke everybody in my shop...

I remember there was a time where all i did was run the threadmill (6.5 incline 6.5 speed for 40 min)
and there was people trying to tell me I should run on the pavement...

But i was just like whatever... When it was time for a PFT or for any time of running on pavement... My legs were mad strong from the incline I was running that I would smoke everybody...
