Oh sh*t wait a minute:

Quite a few prominent names are not listed. Centurylink, Charter and Cox all have millions of subscribers, but are not taking part in the “six strikes” scheme. Not to forget the 100+ smaller providers across the United States who are also missing in action.

I got Cox. Im in the clear

*Resumes Torrent downloads* And Krazie f*ck the 49ers n*gga stop callin me an idiot

I'm surprised more bx members haven't heard about this. There was a huge thread about this when the info first released like 6months ago.

A set of leaked internal AT&T training documents obtained by TorrentFreak reveal that the Internet provider will start sending out anti-piracy warning notices to its subscribers on November 28. Customers whose accounts are repeatedly flagged for alleged copyright infringements will have their access to frequently visited websites blocked, until they complete an online copyright course. It’s expected that most other participating ISPs will start their versions of the anti-piracy plan on the same date.

They are just going to annoy the fu*k out of their customers and they will go elsewhere. I use a seedbox so hopefully I should be fine

torrents aren't good because of p2p but ever since they knocked megaupload, download speeds have been in the sh*tter for non p2p file sharing sites. That's the only reason I even started back using torrents.

hosting sites like megaupload always had problems with having stable speeds which is why i switched to usenet along time ago. the speed with usenet are always stable and will always be at max speed of the connection to what your isp your paying for is providing you with. same goes for p2p sites your at the mercy of the persons upload speed no matter how fast your connection is.

private torrents are cool id just rather not use them and deal with the mystery of knowing if my isp will red flag me.

this whole new system is aimed at torrents.

only thing about usenet is that a lot of the files are either viruses or some bullsh*t. But then again I have no idea what the best trackers.

You think having some dummy ip keeps comcast or whoever you're on from seeing that you ate up almost half a terabyte of their bandwidth in the last 4 months?
