My point was that they were older gentlemen with a high life satisfaction and they obviously have their mobility. Say what you want about lifting weights being bad for x body part doesn't really hold up now does it? These guys have lived almost 2 lifetimes and they're just fine... If they died tomorrow... They have outlived life expectancy and no one would say that they have gone too soon. So by applying logic it's obvious they're healthy... Or they would have had a heart attack from heart hypertrophy. (Which was my argument in the first place)

Lifting weights increase bone strength and density.....

Lifting weights does fu*k you up though, but that's only if you have horrible form...

Well this is going too far, especially knowing that my english ain't good enough for this...wich is my fault tho...
My best friend is Osteopath, and he would explain you in a better way how much lifting weights, i mean hevay ones, is not good AT ALL for your body...
This doctor has DVDs to sell so obviously he has to look ripped, because 99% of the people think it's the way a healthy guy looks...even if it's not true...
Sports in general are good for you, but not if you're doing too much...most of the people run every morning for at least an hour...thinking it's good for them, and it's not, it will fu*k your knees up period...

To make it short, sport is good for you ( i mean cardio working ones ) if done properly...but lifting weights is not...at all...but hey that's just what i think...and i'm not saying i'm perfect, i did lift weights back in the days, and now i'm into boxing,wich is not good at all...

But one more time this went too far lol...but you have good points, write good english and didn't try to act like internet BX thug, wich is pretty rare nowadays...props.
