unlikely. mars has no atmosphere, it gets extremely fu*king cold.

also mars doesn't have a magnetic shield like earth does from the suns radiation.
I do believe humans will one day venture to mars in the far future, and later set up colonies if our species doesn't die out here on earth before that time. We would have to terraform mars first, one of the first steps being to ship tons of carbon dioxide to the planet in order to release it into the atmosphere, making the planet warmer. That might also help to unfreeze the frozen water there but an atmosphere will need to be in place so those newly freed hydrogen and oxygen atoms don't escape into space.

Probably just an old water screw for aliens that once lived when it wasn't a desert. Basically a much smaller version of this thing.
Yeah I'm sure that's exactly what it is

its actually very very far away from the rover, what your seeing is a ultra zoomed in shot. They are saying the things actual size is probably 2 feet tall. But right now they are digging holes and taking samples of the dirt. I know... Seems boring to me too.

looks like some gundanuim. Some natural matallic that is not available on earth. We bring that shiny thing back and scientist use it to revolutionize technology due to the fact that it can absorb expand and cool it instantly. Google's mining crew gear up to mind mars thus ushering a revolution this world has never experience since discovering minerals.. We starting mining planets in our solar system and living in space stations.
