Why is this a reaction from people?
This happens with new owners a lot. They take over the team, and make it theirs by updating a logo, uniforms, etc. Glazers did it in Tampa, this happens a lot. Why do people think this is supposed to be a strategy to become a better football team? That's stupid. It's just a rebranding. That's all.
The team "plays" or becomes better via FA in March, and the draft in April. Via having a new GM who they think (and most of the NFL) is better than their former GM. Via having a coach who they think (and most of the NFL) is better than the former coach.
