Description
Since his passing Notorious B.I.G. has lived on through his posthumous releases, Born Again and the highly anticipated album, The Notorious B.I.G., Duets: The Final Chapter. The album is duets with Biggie and some of today's greatest mc's and vocalists. In addition, the tracks are all brand new, from the best producers in the music industry. There will be a limited edition CD/DVD which includes never before seen performance footage, celebrity interviews and vintage biggie videos.

My personal opinon...
Found it kinda disgracefull. Seems to me someone is jst tryna make some money off Notorious BIG. I gave it an honest 3.5/10
It jst didnt bump real well to me, i saw the video w/Jagged Edge n Nelly in it, wasnt really feelin it. I think Bigs lyrics were ment to be rapped by Big n someone tryna act like Big or play Bigs lyrics thru another voice isnt right... N yall think?

4....

I don't really like all of this new sh*t where they put below-par artists on legends albums but Biggie doesn't have many new verses so they mixed it all up, created an album with hot beats and some good features (bob marley, clipse, the game, nas, jay-z)

So, yeah, I enjoyed the new beats over B.I.G verses, like Just A Memory, Hold Ya Head....

Well, I gave it a 3 out of 5. The album could've been better imo. I was disappointed because most of the album's hot songs at the time had already hit the radio. Songs like Change Clothes, What More Can I Say, Encore... There was nothing else on the album that really blew me away.

And for this to be Jay-Z's last album he shouldn't went harder and all out to make sure all or the majority of his songs was classic-flawless. My expectations going into the album were maybe too high, but I was expecting another Reasonable Doubt or BluePrint. And not to even mention I had bought the Blueprint 2 and was disappointed and expecting Jay to make it up on his last LP, but he didn't.

This Jay-Z album is on the same rate as "The Dynasty" & "BluePrint 2". I don't see how people rate this album with Reasonable Doubt & BluePrint.

Because he sure didn't retire like Jordan,-this is not Jay's best work, which you should be expecting for a last album

people can hate on this album if they want but point blank eminem is a goofy dude. His rhyming has many faces like a schizo. Everyone wanted to hear the tough Eminem but we got Slim Shady and Marshall Mathers. He had some tracks that you would listen to a couple of times but because of the silly lyrics on most of the songs and the hit or miss beats this album does not have lasting appeal. But say what you say but don't battle Eminem, he will eat anyone on the battling tip.

Not as good as Blueprint but Jay does rip the whole album. Production was nowhere near the classic production on The Blueprint.
