Why do they try to make 500 calories sound monstrous in this article ?

Not many sandwiches of any kind less than 500 calories. Bread alone is going to be 200-250. Sauce prob like 50 calories.

I think they're okay, not GREAT or anything. But when I found out about the flour bleaching sh*t that's used in yoga mats.. I need to know exactly WHY that's in there and what it affects.

Dunno about amazing, should people be eating that ish? ;/
Should people eat anything out of fast food restaurants? Hell no that sh*t is terrible.

I still do it anyway though. McRibs are nasty as fu*k. Can't believe people eat those.

lol. Consuming that sh*t is only dangerous in extremely large quantities on a consistent basis. Maybe that's partially why the McRib is only available for a limited time. People throw tantrums about the aspartame found in diet soda and then mention the study of it on rats where rats were fed aspartame in inhumane high dosages and developed brain tumors then say it causes brain tumors if you drink it. Truth is aspartame can do that to humans, but only if you're drinking an unrealistic or extremely ridiculous amount of it daily on a consistent basis of weeks, months and years. To give a rough example a 170lb man would need to drink 24 cans of diet soda a day on a consistent basis to actually have any health defects from the aspartame. Rats and humans aren't the same and drinking that much diet soda a day would require someone to have an extreme psychological issue.

I digress now but I get your point, I hope you get mine. I think anything is fine in moderation, including McRibs, it doesn't justify the use of crazy chemicals though.
