^Alfred's scene was fantastic sh*t

To me it was a 8 considering I know the source material. As just a movie I'd say 8.5. I love Nolan's films but I swear I'm ready for a new take more loyal to the comics.

And before anyone says anything about "realism", if Under The Red Hood was a live movie made just like the animated one I'd be dope.

TDK was excellent, especially this portrayal of the Joker. A true psychotic, but cunning ruthless k!ller. He could've been a lil crazier, but still excellent.
you gotta remember. the source material is rated R sh*t. and there will never be a ratedd R adaptation

I also am sick of the slobbing of joker as well. Was he great? Yes. Because he was great doesnt make the whole movie perfect. Bale was great in this one. Same with Hathaway and Tom Hardy. If Alfred had more scenes he woukd be a shoe in.

people cant help but to place Ledgers performance on a pedestal. The greatest performance by actor playing a villain in movie cinema history. But what people overlooked is Aaron Eckhart performance as 2 Face he did a hell of a job. I wont compare the Joker to Bane because they're essentially different characters but I will say this in TDK when we see the Joker come on the scene (pencil trick) arguably for the first time he's captivating. I couldn't take my eyes off him I couldn't wait until his next scene. I mean everything about him his mannerisms his teeth, licking of his lips, one eye twitch blinking, his mouth scars how he carried knives hell even his face paint was on point.

Bane was brutal and menacing not taking nothing away from him but how he went out was cheap and cheesy. It took away from the character IMO....he deserved better

IMO

TDKR > TDK > BB

So No, it wasn't a let down since the trilogy only got better as it went on.

I think "The Avengers" & "The Dark Knight Rises" are about the same in quality. I love them equally, and think they both do for intended franchises what they should do.

just watched the movie the other night 1080p

great movie, but the ending was a huge letdown...HUGE.

knowing bane was nothing more than a henchman kinda ruined it for me, idk why. bane was so evil but he was basically just following orders....from a ho who i figured was shady in the first damn place.

How the fu*k can anybody give a film a 10? That means the film is PERFECT.

No film ever made is the perfect film any filmmaker will tell you this. The closest one is probably Godafather/Shawshank

To give TDKR or TDK a 10 is just pure fanboy sh*t.

TDKR as a stand alone film is a 6 at best (that means above average) as part of the trilogy it is an 8

TDK is a 7, joker held that film down rest of scenes were meh

You lot have your 1-10 all wrong. 10 is prefect 1 is garbage 5 is average.

VASTmajority of films are 5s which mean AVERAGE not sh*t

Nope. Perfect way to close out a comic book movie trilogy, before it got played out like the old batman movies did. Now the avengers...don't really understand the hype behind that movie. Watched it several times and just could not make my self enjoy it. Most overated movie ever.

I thought it was a great addition to an excellent trilogy. Great entertainment value. The movie did enough to close out the trilogy in a satisfying way. I'm not sure what we you could ask for

I agree. I don't understand why the avengers is given so much hype. I won't go as far as saying I didn't like he movie because it was cool but it was not the best super hero movie ever. It wasn't as good as TDK and was just as good as TDKR.

you sound just like me in the "Rate the last movie you watched" thread

most people who gives out a perfect score isnt saying the film is without flaws its that the movie moved them in certain way.

Most people look at it like grading a test. If you get a 50 percent on a test you fail, that is not average. 7/10 is average.

TDK is a 10/10.

Nah its not just on here, all over the place things get inflated scores. 10/10 equals perfection otherwise how can perfection be marked?

I love the batman films but they are waaay overhyped by fanboys and trolls.
