No one had absolute power in a feudal system. You're thinking of a monarchy The president appoint the justices, but he doesn't have absolute power. The king leases the land, but he doesn't have absolute power. If a lord wanted to overthrow a king, he could.
no, i'm not. and not according to my random internet source

The King was in complete control under the Feudal System.

a lord could TRY, but most likely the other lords f!ght for their king if he called on them and that lord wouldn't be successful more than likely.

Like I said, try to spin it how you want. My point has been proven and supported by various sources and textbooks.

It's called history.

The social structure of the Middle Ages was organized round the system of Feudalism. Feudalism in practice meant that the country was not governed by the king but by individual lords, or barons, who administered their own estates, dispensed their own justice, minted their own money, levied taxes and tolls, and demanded military service from vassals. Usually the lords could field greater armies than the king. In theory the king was the chief feudal lord, but in reality the individual lords were supreme in their own territory. Many kings were little more than figurehead rulers.

Feudal means land. The one who owns the land holds the power. The kings gave up their lands to lords in exchange for military protection and thus lost their power and became figureheads.

but they can't be forced out by ONE shareholder unless that person happens to own the majority of shares. you don't have any proof that most kings were. you have a random statement that says some indefinite number most likely were. even then, a single lord isn't above a king. all of them collectively maybe, but they still answer to the king. you are taking exceptions to the rule and trying to make them the rule to cover your a.ss because you made a poor comparison. this gets worse for you the more it drags on.
while i think this is hilariously ridiculous

The nation-state developed fairly recently. Prior to the 1500s, in Europe, the nation-state as we know it did not exist. Back then, most people did not consider themselves part of a nation; they rarely left their village and knew little of the larger world. If anything, people were more likely to identify themselves with their region or local lord. At the same time, the rulers of states frequently had little control over their countries. Instead, local feudal lords had a great deal of power, and kings often had to depend on the goodwill of their subordinates to rule. Laws and practices varied a great deal from one part of the country to another.

Even the textbooks agree with me

Now, where's your proof to disprove it?

man u always do this, u make good points, but ignore the initial fallacy in ur argument, the point is that no ONE lord is as powerful as the King, and as long as ppl adhere to the heirarchy, which they almost always do, he is in control. they would have to collectively say fu*k the king to be in control. if one lord went at the king he would be screwed

Read what your link says about the Barons

Barons leased land from the King which was known as a manor. They were known as the Lord of the Manor and were in complete control of this land. They established their own system of justice, minted their own money and set their own taxes. In return for the land they had been given by the King, the Barons had to serve on the royal council, pay rent and provide the King with Knights for military service when he demanded it. They also had to provide lodging and food for the King and his court when they travelled around the country. The Barons kept as much of their land as they wished for their own use, then divided the rest among their Knights. Barons were very rich.

Established the rules, printed the money, and set taxes. So who is really controlling things? What is your definition of a figurehead because that sure does sound like it to me.

if thats the case u might as well say the Knights are the most powerful
