i'm 5'9" 170 solid...

...i was 145 at the top of the year (started my workout in Feb)... at this pace i can see myself being 200 a year from now.

before i workout i eat 6 raw eggs w/milk... after i workout, i drink a cup of my homemade shake (milk, peanuts, blueberries, bananas, oats, brown rice, sometimes peanut butter... mixed with this supp:

damn dude, you're frail as sh*t.. 125 pounds for a guy thats almost 6 feet? damn.

you need to start lifting weights heavy. a year of hard work, youll get some muscle in you

Dude i was in your shoes back about 8 yrs ago. Either your active and eat or you dont eat. Two things you gotta start doing for sure is working out a couple times a week and eat like a horse. One thing that helped me eat was..... It takes time to build and the first few months are the hardest but if you manage to stick with it, year after year you'll see results. The more focused you are and on your sh*t the quicker you'll get to your goal. Good luck bro and remember its a lifestyle change so embrace it!

Is it too late to start bulking season? 5'8 125 how much muscle can I put on by april of next year? Also I tried to bulk over the summer barely gained a pound, was trying to eat as much as possible sh*t at work out and money a issue too so Ican get suppplements and protein and sh*t right now maybe in a few weeks. Also will a dirty bulk be recommended for a skinny young n*gga like myself. I box and sh*t too, so I don't think cutting will be that hard for me trying to gain some muscle and hit the gym again brolic, hopefully I retain my speed

if you're muscles aren't growing, you aren't working hard enough. eat right, lift heavy.

n*ggas out here complaining about not gaining weight.. i'm the same way man. it's hard for me because i'm naturally skinny. but nothing worth getting in life is ever easy

being skinny and trying to put in muscle beats being overweight and trying to lose 200 pounds any day

just keep at it and keep yourself motivated. honestly it's just one day at a time. you may not notice the changes on a day to day basis but over the course of a year, once you look in the mirror you'll like what you see
