5'8" 185lbs if u wanna bulk, add some dairy and high carb meals like bread, nuts, a lot of rice [brown rice is healthier but...] pastas, oatmeals and lentils [lima beans, pinto beans, baked beans, kidney beans] and make sure you take in a lot of chicken, turkey, beef and maybe some pork. You will definitely bulk up from those combos.

To cut [like me] brown rice, baked beans, dairy [cottage cheese, yogurt, low fat/skim milk], water water water! at least 3 liters per day, green leafy vegetables, eggs and fruit. If you must fry, use vegetable or olive oil and a little vinegar preferably. Peppers and onions also help with losing and add much flavor.

how do yall avoid getting fat from bulking. my metabolism has slowed down it seems.

i am 5'6 and 160 and to bulk up to 180 by next May. Possible?

I eat a lot....I mean A LOT . But I have a fast metabolism and I don't eat as healthy and the right stuff like I should.

Hell yeah. How is your body comp at this time? I was 5'6 160 during training for my physical test. Ended up being like 165 at tone end of September. By April I was like 177 lbs again. So yeah. Its possible.

You realize you'll have to get a lot bigger than 140lbs to look like that right?


Man some of you are seriously skinny. Like borderline anorexic.

Edit: sorry not trying to be negative or anything, but seriously some of you need to see a doctor to make sure everything is alright with you. You might have some sort of thyroid or hormonal problem.

Just dirty bulk and worry about cutting after. It should be pretty easy for you if you have that hard of a time putting on weight.
