I never got the whole android OS is too complicated cliche
Older versions of Android were for many people who didn't have a lot of computer knowledge. The OS had/has too many menus for the various apps imo. iOS has been the simplest and user friendliest phone OS I have used (Maybe the reason true computer heads become bored with it). Add to the fact that a lot of people have already had experience with the iPod, and that makes the transition to learn Android difficult. Surprisingly though, almost all of my co-workers have iPhones and that OS is difficult for some of them. You wouldn't believe the questions I get about how to do something on their phones. In their defense, many of them are older and didn't grow up in a time when computers were the norm.
Everything on that is a win
...well, everything except for that SVoice, played with a Nexus and this, probably the one thing Samsung took a L on with this list
I would have to add the screen (not the size, but the actual quality of the retina display), and the email app as well. Those things are much better than my Galaxy S3.
But I do love that I can continue to watch a movie while I respond back to an text message or email.
