I ran before breakfast today.

I found out that what I run is more so about 2.75 miles, not 3.

My time isn't is as great as I thought it was.

fu*k it, I can't get discouraged. I can only get better.

Hitting legs/shoulders after I eat some breakfast.

Weight gain this week: .6 lbs, but lost 1.3% body fat and still feel the same.

I honestly won't believe the body fat percentage the scale gives me, unless once I get around 8-12% and I start to see abs.

Shouldn't have ate all that WingStop last night...

Total weight loss Month 1: 10 lbs.

I was hoping for 12, but I am happy. 2.5 pounds a week lost is a good pace.

I'm 19.8 pounds away from beating Joe in this contest. It's only a matter of time...

If I'm going to get where I want to be, I think I'm going to have to cut out the cheat meals entirely. I can't keep myself as discipline as I need to be with the cheat meals, so I think it's best to cut them out entirely for a while.

I ate like sh*t this whole week except for yesterday. Way too much junk food / fast food. So even though I somehow lost a grip of weight, I don't feel great about this week at all because of that body fat gain... (2.8%)

Don't worry Keenan, I didn't do much better.

I gained a little over 3 pounds.

First day of H.I.I.T training..... puked in the gym twice.

Did chest and quads..

Started with 12 miles on the bike... first 4 miles, jog then sprint.... last 8 miles, jog 1/2 mile, sprint mile. After that went to the stepper did 10 minutes then 6 minutes, 1 sprint, 1 jog. Puked. Wanted to stop but I have a ton on my mind, so I went to the treadmill, on 10 incline... walked 3 minutes, then did 8 minutes, 30 second sprint, 30 second rest. Puked.

Finito. Lol.

I ran a REAL 3 miles in 22:42, then jogged for 2:35 more. I should have wore a sweater, it was cold tonight.

Back to Workout A of the TRoUtine again tomorrow morning. Pray for me.

ya'll need to do a little educating on sugar's like High fructose corn syrup and how the body attempts to digest these process sweeteners thats in alot of regular foods including junk food. All the... "Oh I slipped up on junk food" is ridiculous. Alot of heavy hard working routines for a minimal gain. You're basically tearing your body down to rejuvenate it on some Dragon ball Z type shyt.

If you get your diet in check and mix it with good night's rest, You're recovery and gains will damn near triple. It has to be more than a game to ya'll it has to become a Lifestyle. If not.. when the games done or life throws you a curve ball. You'll go right back to step 1 and gain it back.


step the sh*t up. I know ya'll can.. But all in all. good progress. some progress is better than nothing.
