Total weight loss: 10.6 lbs

Didn't just arrive at the door of the 225 club, I got the VIP treatment.
Dropped 2.9% body fat from last week according to the scale.
So far, so good.

I think I need to get even more discipline and regimented on my diet. As odd as it may sound, I feel "smaller", and I've been working harder in the gym. I'm not going to eat a stitch of any type of junk this week and see what happens.

For sure. I try to eat healthy about 80% of the time. On Saturday, I ate a burger at 5 guys, just no fries. I don't think I've had any sweets in the past two weeks and oddly enough, I haven't been craving them either. I don't calorie count or use protein powder either, I just eat three meals a day and drink a ton of water. I might start including a smoothie to drink after runs to get some more fruit in my diet.

Yeah, I forgot about a couple meals I fu*ked up this week pretty bad. This week will be different though. Hopefully I have it in me to do 2 a days.

Yeah, 3/15 chest and tri's to start off Week 2 tomorrow. That's what's up. Hey the workout grind is addicting and there are definitely some worse addictions out there.

sh*t, I'm already visualizing reaching my goal weight and goal mile times in my mind, along with the next step that comes along with it: maintenance. I believe maintaining is the hardest of all, because once people reach that goal, they feel as if they can start to slack off again. Nope. Once I reach where I want to be, I can't fall off that wagon, man.

My time is getting better each week, but it's definitely not getting any easier.

I go 110% each run and feel like dying when I'm finished.

But that runners high feels so damn good.
